Nobu Crown Perth is a world-renowned Japanese fine dining restaurant, celebrated for its fusion of Japanese and South American flavours and exceptional service. We're looking for hospitality enthusiasts who are dedicated to creating memorable experiences for every guest.
We currently have part-time opportunities across multiple roles for individuals who want to be part of a premium dining experience:
* Busperson part-time 4 (48 – 76 hours per fortnight).
* Bar Attendant part-time 3 (32 – 64 hours per fortnight).
* Host part-time 3 (32 – 64 hours per fortnight).
Job Description
In these roles, you will:
* Deliver warm, attentive and professional service in a fast-paced, luxury setting.
* Maintain high standards while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
* Share your knowledge of menu offerings to elevate the guest experience.
* For Bar Attendants: Craft and serve premium beverages such as cocktails with precision and flair.

Additional Information
To be successful, you will need to demonstrate the following:
* Previous experience in hospitality (fine dining preferred).
* For Bar Attendants: 2-3 years' experience in crafting cocktails.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
* A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable moments.
