We are looking for a talentedPastryChef de Partie to join theBenugo Hospitality team at the Victoria and Albert Museum.

We Offer:
Rate: Up to £15.00 per hour
Contract: Full time / Permanent
About the Pastry Chef de Partie role:
* Food preparation, stock rotation and food labelling
* Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are maintained at all time
* Work with the Pastry Team on a daily basis to develop recipes and deliver quality product
