Ready to join a high-performing real estate team in a role where your voice makes a real impact? You’ll be responsible for making outbound calls to both warm and cold contacts. Your job is to start conversations, qualify interest, and generate leads for sales agents or property team. The successful candidate must be able to understand the customer’s requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs. Your daily tasks will include: Making high-volume outbound calls to property owners and database contacts Identifying potential selling, appraisal, and leasing opportunities Recording accurate call notes and updates in the CRM Representing the business with professionalism and energy on every call You’ll be provided with scripts, training, and support — but we encourage you to add your own personality and flair! What We’re Looking For 1–3 years experience in telemarketing, real estate, or similar Clear, confident phone manner and strong communication skills Ability to work independently and hit daily/weekly call targets Strong computer skills (CRM experience a bonus) Reliable, self-motivated, and positive attitude Real estate experience is welcomed but not required — training provided if you bring the right energy and commitment.
