Practice Principal - Leadership Role
We are seeking an experienced leader to build and run a multidisciplinary practice and lead a high-functioning team.
About the Job
* Manage day-to-day operations, including triage, client scheduling, feedback, complaints, team meetings, budget management, etc.
* Use financial acumen to analyse reports and drive strong performance.
* Achieve and exceed business KPIs: client satisfaction, staff satisfaction, and billable hours.
* Build a strong client base and referral network.
* Lead a team of up to 10 therapists, allied health assistants, and admin support.
* Maintain an own therapy caseload.
* Implement organisational and practice strategies and operating standards.
* Contribute to organisational strategy and best practice development.
About You
* An experienced manager of allied health teams, passionate about supporting and mentoring multidisciplinary therapists and recent graduates.
* An autonomous decision-maker with resilience to juggle multiple tasks and priorities, strong communication skills to guide the team through change.
* Commercial experience building a client base and working to KPIs.
* Experience with children and/or people with disability.
* Required professional registrations, Working with Children check, National Police check, First Aid, Driver's Licence, and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
