About the Opportunity:

As one of our Personal Care Assistant (Living Support Partner) you will be part of an experienced, engaged and dedicated team that is committed to creating a welcoming, professional and caring environment for the residents of St Vincent's Care Kangaroo Point. Our commitment is to listen to each resident, understand who each person is - a unique individual who we respect and treat with kindness and compassion. Our care workers at SVC Kangaroo Point are called Living Support Partners and will be required to assist with medication upon completing a medication competency course on-site.

Things that work for us:

* Flexibility / availability to attend any shifts during weekdays. No weekends shifts are available at this stage.

* Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or similar qualifications essential

* 6 months+ experience in a similar role with residential aged care experience highly regarded

* Excellent customer service and communication skills

* Experience with Autumn Care (or similar software) with ability to maintain excellent records

* Understanding of Aged Care, resident rights/responsibilities with ability to follow the care plan

* NDIS Worker Screening Check / Yellow card is mandatory.
