Digital Marketing Manager
This role is an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise in digital marketing and drive business growth. You will be responsible for leading and optimizing all paid digital performance marketing activity, including search, social, display, and programmatic channels.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leveraging data-driven insights to reduce acquisition costs and grow new customer numbers.
* Developing and executing a digital marketing strategy that aligns with broader commercial goals.
* Managing performance optimization to boost campaign ROI and customer acquisition.
The ideal candidate will have a strong balance of strategic thinking, executional excellence, and cross-functional collaboration. They should have experience with Paid Search platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Suite, as well as a deep understanding of different digital media buying models.
This full-time permanent position offers a competitive salary package and opportunities to advance your career within the company. You will report to the Head of Marketing and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive customer lifecycle strategies. The role can be based from our HQ or Varsity Lakes Office, Monday to Friday, 8-4pm or 9-5pm - you choose.
