About the roleIn this role, you will take the lead in driving the successful rollout of a key workforce initiative focused on strengthening clinical supervision across Mental Health, Alcohol and Other Drugs (MHAOD) services. Acting as a central coordination point, you will translate strategic objectives into practical actions, ensuring the project is delivered in a structured, timely, and impactful way. Working in partnership with clinical leaders and multidisciplinary teams, you will support services to embed sustainable clinical supervision practices.
