**About the Role**
Join our dynamic GH Quality team in a varied administrative role that supports quality improvement across the organisation. This is a great opportunity to develop a strong understanding of healthcare quality systems while working closely with leaders. You'll play a key role in tracking improvement projects, managing reporting, and coordinating day-to-day admin support for a collaborative and high-performing team.
- Support work plans and monitor delivery of milestones
- Track and report on quality, performance and improvement data
- Develop and maintain standardised reports and data systems
- Work closely with Assistant Directors across departments
- Provide general administration and coordination support
**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and monitor quality data, KPIs, trends, audits
- Respond to reporting requests and produce analytics reports
- Develop metrics for planning and forecasting activities
- Provide secretariat support for allocated meetings and projects
- Manage correspondence, travel bookings and office tasks
- Support GH Quality team with day-to-day administration
**Skills & Experience**
- Skilled in admin support for senior leaders or teams
- Strong Microsoft Office and database reporting ability
- Confident managing performance data and KPIs
- Excellent attention to detail and written communication
- Experience with health info systems (e.g. VHIMS, RISKMAN)
