Overview
Occupational Therapists & Speech Pathologists - Graduate role at National 360. The 12-month Graduate Experience program (360 GO) provides structured, supportive development for new graduates in Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology, with exposure to key practice areas and hands-on learning to transition from university to a rewarding career.
What you’ll do
- Lead the delivery of high-quality, community-based care with support and oversight from a Clinical Supervisor and Team Leader.
- Support clients in the community, in their home, in clinic spaces or via telehealth.
- Meet with your Clinical Supervisor for 1:1 or group supervision.
- Prepare for appointments, write reports, and complete case notes.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Early Childhood Practitioners and Positive Behaviour Support Therapists.
- Complete the Graduate Curriculum on the online LMS.
About the 360 GO Graduate Program
National 360’s 12-month Graduate Experience, 360 GO, is designed to equip you with the skills and support needed to become a capable and confident Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist. Available across NSW, QLD, VIC, WA, TAS and SA, it provides exposure to all key areas of practice and real-world experience. The program is guided by a Graduate Passport to track your journey.
Four key phases include:
- Simulated Practice: Secure practice environment before your first client session.
- Experiential Discovery: Hands-on learning through real-life situations.
- Theoretical Learning: Immersive workshops led by subject matter experts.
- Individualised Development: A customised plan to support your career development and specialisation goals.
About You
You thrive in a supportive, team-driven environment and are eager to deliver meaningful support to clients in the community. You may have an interest in paediatrics, mental health, or a generalist caseload. You are organised, a good communicator, and genuinely care about helping people reach their goals.
- You hold a relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology and hold or have applied for AHPRA or SPA registration.
- You have an interest in community healthcare.
- You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver’s licence.
- You have or are willing to obtain a NDIS Worker Check and Working with Children check.
