This position entails a part-time Customer Banking Specialist role at our Broome branch. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the Branch Manager and colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service.
* Establish strong relationships with customers through meaningful interactions
* Support customers in using in-branch technology and digital banking services
* Analyze customers' financial needs and identify areas for improvement
* Process applications for personal loans, credit cards, and related products
* Proactively engage with customers to build trust and encourage them to visit the branch
The successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be able to find solutions, and act with integrity. They should also be able to work independently and refer customers to other specialist team members when necessary.
