- **We are looking for a Marine Insurance Broker to join our client's team!**
As a **marine insurance broker** in the Brisbane office, you will be responsible for managing your portfolio of clients and advising them on policies that best fit their personal needs and engage with insurers and develop business opportunities using professional interpersonal and customer service skills to ensure the best possible outcome for all parties.

**Duties and responsibilities include**:
- Managing and developing your portfolio and relationships with clients in the marine industry.
- Identifying and engaging with new business inquiries and opportunities.
- Identifying, assessing, and placing risks relevant to marine operations and assets with insurers.
- Managing renewals, servicing client enquiries, and administration of policy documents.
- Provide personalized advice and policies for clients.
**We are looking for someone with**:
- Experience and understanding of Marine products, business, and industry.
- Detail orientated with strong organisational skills.
- Team player with a problem-solving mindset.
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in broking (preferred, but not necessary).
- Tier 1 qualification in insurance broking (preferred, but not necessary).
