**Position Overview**:
Our client is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Land Economist to contribute to the successful acquisition, development, and management of land assets. In this role, you will analyze and assess land markets, provide strategic insights, and help guide key decisions related to land investments and development opportunities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct detailed market research and economic analysis to assess land values, trends, and development potential.
- Provide strategic recommendations on land acquisition, development feasibility, and investment opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (planning, design, legal, finance) to ensure successful land acquisitions and project feasibility assessments.
- Prepare reports and presentations on land economic trends, investment viability, and potential risks.
- Monitor market conditions, zoning regulations, and economic factors that may impact land investments and development projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local authorities, real estate agents, and other industry stakeholders.
- Support land negotiations, purchase agreements, and project feasibility studies.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or a related field.
- At least 5-year Proven experience in land economics, property development, or real estate analysis.
- Robust knowledge of market trends, property valuations, and land development processes.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and land analysis software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
