* Maintain optimal asset performance, efficiency, and life cycle planning for retail facilities.
* Develop and administer compliance programs to mitigate risk and ensure adherence to OH&S / HSE regulations.
* Manage operational expenditure and capital investments for retail assets.
* Negotiate maintenance contracts and provide regular reporting requirements.
* Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including tenants and clients.
