The role of a Mission Engineering Manager is to lead multi-disciplinary teams in the analysis, design, implementation, and integration of complex enterprise systems and system-of-systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead teams to analyse, design, implement, and integrate complex enterprise systems and system-of-systems.
* Provide thought leadership and expertise in MBSE, Digital Engineering, and Mission Engineering for the development and evaluation of Defence systems.
* Oversee the development and implementation of digital models to support system integration and acquisition.
* Apply systems engineering expertise across lifecycle phases, including requirements analysis, architecture development, risk assessment, and test and evaluation.
* Champion new systems engineering capabilities and processes focused on Digital Engineering and Digital Mission Engineering.
* Develop and employ capabilities of current MBSE and modelling and simulation tools to address critical Defence problems.
* Drive internal and external research opportunities in cutting-edge engineering fields.
