Business Analyst Position
We are seeking a Business Analyst to play a key role in connecting business needs with technical delivery. You will be responsible for capturing and translating business and user requirements into clear, actionable stories for agile development teams.
In this role, you will manage stakeholder relationships across the project lifecycle—identifying, prioritizing, modeling, and documenting business, process, and data requirements. You will represent stakeholder interests throughout planning, development, testing, and release phases, helping to ensure outcomes align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Capture business and user requirements as stories for agile teams
2. Ensure requirements are understood, developed, tested, and delivered to specification
3. Own the relationship with project stakeholders to identify, prioritize, model, and document business, process, and data requirements
4. Represent project stakeholders throughout planning, development, and release processes
5. Work with the platform team to develop release estimates
6. Support the testing effort
7. Work with stakeholders to drive adoption
8. Define processes across Customer/IT/Employee workflows
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong ServiceNow technical knowledge
* Telco experience
* Minimum 3 years of experience in process design across ITSM or Customer Service Management/Field Service Management/HR Service Delivery
