There’s opportunity around every corner and the support to help you achieve your goals.About The RoleReporting to the Customer Quality Manager, the Customer Quality Specialist is responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and providing an exceptional customer experience. The Customer Quality Specialist will work with internal teams to deliver top notch service by managing in-region client accounts in a timely and professional manner.The Role Includes the Following Broad Areas of ResponsibilityCustomer onboarding following new PhotonAssayTM unit deployment and ongoing supportAct as the primary point of contact by managing communication and problem solving to ensure excellent service and satisfactory resolution of issues or concernsOwnership of the in-region customer meetingsContribute to the development and implementation of new processes and procedures within the customer quality group.What You Will DoParticipate in new unit deployments by coordinating the client onboarding process for a seamless customer experienceProactively engage with customers to assess client needs and resource gapsLiaise with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries in an efficient and timely mannerSchedule, plan and host customer meetings including agenda creation, action items, summary reports and follow-upProvide training support to customers related to PhotonAssay unit operation and platforms to maximize the value of the serviceDevelop and implement customer quality processes to ensure a successful client experiencePrepare documentation, technical reports, publications, and presentations as requiredShare customer feedback with internal teams for product and process improvementProvide regular updates to management on account status and growth opportunitiesContribute to a culture that values collaboration, technical excellence and on-going staff learning and development.Support the development of a strong OH&S culture.Who you are:A tertiary qualification in an engineering or science, or equivalent experience.Experience in customer service, quality control or laboratory roles in minerals or other analytical laboratory environments.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including preparation of technical documentation and manuals.Stakeholder relations management experienceExcellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Able and willing to travel and work within Australia and internationally.Relevant experience in an analytical laboratory management system and ISO/IEC 17025.Who We Are (Our Values)Safety is a Non-Negotiable - Safety isn’t just a value—it’s our way of life.
