We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Barista / Weekend Café Leader to join our team. This role is perfect for a confident barista who enjoys leading a team and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced café environment.
You will take the lead during our busy weekend shifts, ensuring smooth service, high-quality coffee, and a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support the weekend café team during service
* Prepare high-quality espresso-based coffee and beverages
* Ensure efficient workflow during busy periods
* Deliver excellent customer service and build rapport with customers
* Assist with opening/closing procedures
* Maintain café cleanliness and food safety standards
* Support staff training and provide guidance when needed
About You
* Minimum 2 years barista experience in a busy café environment
* Some leadership or supervisory experience
* Strong coffee knowledge and ability to dial in espresso
* Ability to stay calm and organized during peak periods
* Friendly, positive attitude with great communication skills
* Reliable and available to work weekend shifts
