Position Scope:
• Perform scheduled servicing, maintenance, and repairs on Mercedes-Benz vehicles to manufacturer specifications
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults using Mercedes-Benz diagnostic systems (XENTRY/DAS)
• Complete warranty and goodwill repairs in accordance with Mercedes-Benz guidelines
• Maintain accurate and detailed job documentation for all work performed
• Adhere to all workshop safety, quality, and environmental standards
• Mentor apprentice technicians and contribute to a positive workshop culture
• Participate in Mercedes-Benz factory and Autosports Group training programs
• Communicate technical findings clearly with the service advising team
Our Ideal Candidate Will Possess the Following Skills and Experience:
• Qualified Automotive Technician with a Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology (or equivalent)
• Experience working with prestige and luxury brands would be advantageous (BMW, Audi, Porsche, Lexus, Jaguar, or equivalent) with Mercedes-Benz experience highly regarded
• Proficiency with modern diagnostic equipment and electrical fault-finding
• Commitment to quality, accuracy, and meeting workshop productivity targets
• Mercedes-Benz XENTRY/DAS experience advantageous
• A positive, professional attitude and willingness to continue learning
• Valid driver’s licence
