This key role plays an essential part in driving the resort's culinary vision, ensuring seamless kitchen operations, and maintaining exceptional standards of quality and taste. Your tasks will include preparing and presenting dishes to consistently high standards, mentoring junior chefs, and collaborating with the management team to develop innovative seasonal menus and offerings.
