About The Role
We’re excited to announce the opening of our new Supported Independent Living (SIL) accommodation in Terrey Hills and are on the lookout for experienced Disability Support Workers who truly walk the talk. If you’re passionate about delivering person‑centered care and making a meaningful impact in the lives of people with disability, we’d love to hear from you.
Flexibility is key —we’re seeking team members available for a rotating roster across mornings, afternoons, evenings, and overnight shifts, any day from Monday to Sunday.
Location: Terrey Hills
Classification: Permanent Part‑time
Salary: SCHADS Award Level 2 with pay point dependent on qualifications and experience
Roster: Rotating across mornings, afternoons, evenings, and nights.
Duties
- Domestic Assistance – help with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
- Personal Care – support with showering, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Achieve Goals Together – implement individual support plans to help clients reach their personal goals.
- Community Connection – assist with social outings and community participation.
- Stay Informed – understand each client’s needs and adapt to changes.
- Positive Engagement – build strong, respectful relationships with clients, families, and your team.
Requirements
- NSW Driver’s Licence and access to an insured vehicle.
- Current Working With Children’s check.
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate.
- NDIS Workers Check.
- Completion of NDIS worker orientation module and protected and enjoyable meals.
