The Goulburn Pub Group, proud owners of the Southern Railway, Gordon and Empire Hotels, are looking for a reliable and motivated Casual Chef to join our kitchen team.
This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive, community-focused hospitality group with the chance for additional hours as the business grows.
About the Role
* Casual position with 10 to 15 hours per week
* Additional call-in shifts available, with potential for more hours
* Must be available 7 days, including dinner service
* Work in a fast paced, team-oriented kitchen environment
What We're Looking For
* Previous cooking experience is essential
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* Reliable, punctual, and well presented
* Passion for producing quality meals and maintaining kitchen standards
