Job Opportunity
This role will lead and develop high-performing Sound/AV teams across a fast-paced, multi-venue live performance environment. The successful candidate will design and deliver practical, virtual, and classroom-based training for professionals and students.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop high-performing Sound/AV teams
* Design and deliver training programs for professionals and students
* Collaborate on training plans that align with business needs, safety standards, and industry best practices
Essential Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a senior Sound/AV role, hands-on expertise in professional audio visual systems, and a current Working with Children Check. Relevant trade qualifications or equivalent senior-level industry experience are also essential.
