We are currently seeking an organised & proactive Branch Administrator to join our administration team in our Kalgoorlie Branch.

The Opportunity
* Deliver admin support to your team in sales, service or tech support
* Maintain accurate databases and documentation
* Handle enquiries, quotations, invoices, purchase orders etc
* Assist with inventory, freight, reports and communications
* Working within an admin team, on-job training and mentoring
About You - Essential
* Competence with Microsoft Office applications
* Customer service focus
* Reliable and a team player
* Time management skills
* Clear communicator both written and verbal
* Must have current work rights in Australia
About You - Preferred but not essential
* Experience in mining, agriculture, manufacturing or logistics
* SAP experience or exposure
* Forklift Licence or ability to obtain
