You must have at least three years of experience in childcare or early education management, along with relevant qualifications and strong leadership skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building positive relationships with children, families, and staff. In-depth knowledge of childcare regulations, policies, and best practices is mandatory.
