We offer sit down and inventive brunch and dinner options, both dine-in and takeaway, using organic coffee beans roasted by Quest Coffee Roasters.
We are open 7 days for Brunch, and Friday and Saturday evenings for dinner.
We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our team and run Fri / Sat dinner service.

RESPONSIBILITIES Food Preparation & Cooking: Prepare and cook a variety of sweet and savoury dishes.
Team Instructions: Provide assembly, handling, and heating instructions to the café team.
Inventory & Cost Management: Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage food costs to minimise waste.
Menu Development: Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu development and seasonal changes.
Quality Control: Ensure quality control, presentation, and consistency in all dishes.
Equipment Maintenance: Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, reporting malfunctions promptly.
Safety & Sanitation: Enforce food safety, sanitation regulations, and maintain a safe work environment.
Staff Training & Supervision: Train and supervise kitchen staff, stepping in for the Head Chef when necessary.
Customer Interaction: Address customer feedback and collaborate with front-of-house on food-related concerns.
Ingredient Sourcing: Source fresh ingredients and stay updated on culinary trends.
Recipe Innovation: Innovate and test new recipes for potential menu inclusion.
ABOUT YOU PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS Minimum 5 or more years of recent experience as a Cook or Chef Experience in dinner service Menu development experience Strong listening and verbal communication skills A strong understanding of health and safety PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS Australian citizen or resident with permanent working rights in Australia Availability to work at least Fridays and Saturdays until 10pm (if required) Loves high quality food Own transport to and from work NICE TO HAVE Professional cookery, chef, or food science certification or degree.
Baking experience.
