Our practice is home to a warm, professional, and supportive team working within purpose-built rooms equipped with modern facilities.
We are excited to offer a full‑time position within our Medical Administration team. This role will support our Specialist Paediatricians and Allied Health Professionals while contributing to the ongoing development of our practice.
About You
* Exceptional communicator with strong interpersonal skills, able to interact courteously and effectively with patients, families, clinicians, and colleagues.
* Proficient with medical software systems and highly confident using technology.
* Presents professionally, works reliably, and contributes positively within a team environment.
* Shows compassion, understanding, and support to patients and their families.
* Has a friendly, warm nature and is committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
* Possesses excellent attention to detail, both in patient interactions and administrative tasks.
* Is eager to learn, grow, and adapt within a dynamic and evolving clinic.
* Has a minimum of 2 years of experience in medical reception or healthcare administration.
Key Responsibilities
* Liaising with Specialist Doctors, Allied Health Professionals, and external service providers.
* Appointment bookings and scheduling.
* Preparing quotations and discussing fees with patients.
* Private Health Fund billing and invoicing.
* Data entry, reporting and workflow management via Genie software.
* General reception duties, including patient coordination.
* Opening and closing procedures for the practice.
