The Role
As an Adult Services Team Leader in Wagga Wagga, you will:
* Empower & Lead: Guide a team of Support Workers to provide high-quality, safe services to vulnerable persons in our community.
* Coach & Mentor: Offer on-the-job training and guidance to build a versatile and skilled team.
* Manage Performance: Utilise your experience to inspire excellence and deliver consistent support.
* Drive Efficiency: Ensure effective administrative processes, including quality reporting, planning, and record-keeping.

* Leadership Excellence: Proven ability to motivate and manage teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* High EQ: Advanced problem-solving, emotional intelligence, and positive interaction skills.
* Conflict Resolution: Strong negotiation and de-escalation skills, particularly in high-conflict situations.

* Current NSW Driver’s Licence.
