About the Role
We are seeking an entrepreneurial professional to drive customer success and account growth in our Sydney team. As a trusted advisor, you will connect our software development teams with Australian clients, navigating complexity in the energy transition.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across developers, utilities, funds, and energy traders in the Australian market
* Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, focusing on account growth, retention, and revenue targets
* Guide clients in leveraging our software suite to construct long-term power market scenarios, supporting them in interpreting complex outputs and troubleshooting issues
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 3-5 years' experience in customer success, account management, or sales, ideally within SaaS, energy, or tech
* Proven experience driving account growth or managing revenue targets
* Strong knowledge of SaaS products; interest in Australian power markets and the energy transition is a plus
