Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily banquet and event operations to ensure smooth, high quality service
* Lead, train, and support the banquet team to deliver consistent service standards
* Manage event setup and pack down according to client requirements and event orders
* Monitor guest satisfaction and address service issues promptly
* Coordinate closely with clients, chefs, and event coordinators for seamless execution
* Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards
* Conduct pre event briefings and post event reviews
* Manage inventory, equipment, and cost controls, including rosters and payroll
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews for banquet staff
* Ensure accurate daily postings and complete detailed post event reports
* Assist other F&B outlets when required
What You'll Bring
* Experience in food and beverage operations, ideally within banquets or events
* Confident leadership skills with the ability to guide, train, and support a diverse team
* A guest focused approach and commitment to delivering high quality service
* Solid organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple events smoothly
* Understanding of health, safety, and hygiene requirements
* Ability to manage basic cost controls, rosters, and inventory
* Professional presentation and adherence to grooming standards
