**Your recent company**:
This national service-based company who are the leader in their field are seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join their high-performing payroll team on a contract basis for 6-months approx. The role will be based in their Eagle Farm offices which offers plenty of on-site car parking.
**Your new role**:
Reporting to the Payroll Team Leader, you will be responsible for the following:
- Employee file maintenance
- Fortnightly payroll processing
- Processing holiday / sick pay
- Award interpretation
**What you'll need to succeed**:
In order to be successful, you will meet the following requirements:
- Previous payroll experience within a medium to larger sized company
- Previous experience with award interpretation
- Ability to work in a high-volume environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
