Welcome to Eden Academy Aldinga – Where Little Minds Blossom and Educators Thrive.
Operating from 7:00am to 6:00pm we offer a nurturing environment with natural play spaces, open-plan rooms filled with natural light, and abundant age-appropriate resources. With both indoor and outdoor play areas, we create the perfect setting for 83 children to explore, grow, and thrive.
We are looking for inspirational Assistant Educators, with a Certificate 3 or Diploma qualification to work with our kind and supportive team
In your role as an Assistant Educator;
* You will nurture little learners through playful learning and meaningful connection
* Create engaging environments that spark curiosity and wonder
* Show up with kindness, creativity, and a can-do spirit every day
* Communicate with confidence and build lasting bonds with families
* Bring positive energy and a team-first attitude to every room
What You'll Bring:
* A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA-recognised equivalent)
* A current Working with Children Check
* Full Australian working rights
* A warm, professional presence and a genuine passion for early learning
* Confidence connecting with children, families, and the community
* Availability to work Monday to Friday across various shift patterns
