About the Role
Griffith Almet Engineering is seeking a reliable and organised Office Assistant to join our team. This role is key to supporting our day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth and efficient administrative processes within the workshop and office.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Assist with scheduling and general office administration
- Maintain filing systems (physical and digital)
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner
- Support accounts, quotes, and other office-related tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Solid communication and organisational skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Previous office or administration experience is preferred
- Experience with MYOB is an advantage
