* Provide technical support and solutions and deliver outstanding customer experience
* Work collaboratively across internal functions
* Ensure prompt and professional resolution to all customer enquiries
* Conduct face to face contact calls with customers on a weekly basis
* You will support and contribute to marketing initiatives, as well as to understand, monitor and report competitor activity and market trends
