The Opportunity
We’re currently seeking passionate and motivated Occupational Therapists to join our dynamic Allied Health team. We have full-time, part-time, and casual positions available across community and residential care settings.
You’ll be working alongside a multidisciplinary team in an environment that is both supportive and forward-thinking, with exciting initiatives on the horizon.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver occupational therapy services to aged care and NDIS clients, with a strong focus on promoting independence and quality of life
* Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualised therapy plans
* Provide education and support to clients, families, carers, and care providers
* Liaise with other health professionals and external providers to ensure holistic care
* Engage in falls prevention, functional capacity building, and wellbeing-focused interventions
* Participate in clinical discussions, team case reviews, and mentoring (if experienced)
* Contribute to goal-setting and review processes with a focus on meaningful outcomes
What We’re Looking For
* Relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
* Current AHPRA registration
* High emotional intelligence – empathetic, adaptable, and professional
* Flexibility to work across different sites as required
* New graduates are warmly welcomed and fully supported through structured supervision
* Experience with adult clients (desirable but not essential)
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
