About The Client:

Equipped with a range of well-known and trusted products plus a strong pipeline for the future, an opportunity has presented for a Territory Sales & Development Manager to join an experienced national client-centric team.

About The Position:

Reporting to the General Manager Commercial, the WA/SA Territory Sales & Development Manager is responsible for driving new and existing relationships across the distribution network. This will involve:

* Customer training and education relating to technology and innovation
* Demand creation with end-user customers to support market development and drive sales (e.g., farm calls, grower meetings etc.)
* Execution of territory field trial campaigns to support new product launches and business development
* Attendance at key field days and industry meetings
* Execution of an agreed territory management plan (reviewed every six months)
About The Person:

To be successful in this position, candidates will require the following:

* A track-record of customer management in the broadacre sector with a history of achieving budgeted outcomes
* Proven planning and time management skills
* Excellent customer service orientation, with strong written and verbal communication skills
* Self-aware, reflective, and adaptable
* Enthusiastic personality, self-motivated and driven to succeed
* Capacity to travel in both WA/SA
