About the Position
We are seeking a skilled Administration Officer to join our team on a full-time basis at our Caloundra office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client and worker inquiries, cultivating strong relationships, and performing general administrative tasks.
Your Responsibilities
You will be accountable for:
* Providing exceptional customer service through empathetic and professional communication via telephone or email
* Fostering trust and confidence among clients and workers
* Performing various administrative duties, including document management and scheduling assistance
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
Work rights in Australia; Qualification in Business Administration (desirable); Industry licenses, including NDIS and Blue Card; National criminal history check (or willingness to obtain); Previous experience in an administration role; Ability to manage challenging workloads and schedules; Experience in Aged Care/Disability or Health Care settings.
