**Job Opportunity for Graduate Speech Pathologist

* Develop your skills and confidence as a graduate speech pathologist in our dynamic allied health organisation.

As a graduate speech pathologist, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team providing therapy to individuals with disabilities. You will have the opportunity to work in various settings, including homes, workplaces, schools, and communities.

Our 12-month program is designed to ensure your smooth transition from university to thrive in professional practice. You will receive comprehensive induction, 1:1 clinical supervision, and learning frameworks that cover interdisciplinary teamwork, therapy planning, high-impact interventions, multi-modal communication, and managing complex behaviours.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver evidence-based therapy that drives positive outcomes for participants.
* Apply the social model to empower participants to overcome barriers and achieve their personal goals.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to share insights and create innovative solutions.
* Build deep relationships with participants, helping them and their support networks create meaningful and sustainable change.

Requirements:

* Current SPA Registration and recently completed a degree in Speech Pathology.
* Ability to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check.
* A valid driver's license and willingness to work in community settings.
