We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our Customer Operations team in Laverton North. In this role, you will manage the full order lifecycle and provide excellent customer service to support our go‐to‐market strategy.
Responsibilities
* Take ownership for the customer order life‐cycle (order entry, stock transfers, changes, pricing, terms, freight, cancellations, confirmations, including Agency & Consignment).
* Respond to and resolve customer and stakeholder queries via telephone, e‐mail and chatter workflows.
* Investigate and process stock returns and credits within delegation of authority.
* Effectively and professionally resolve customer complaints and, when required, escalated appropriately.
* Perform Order Management tasks based on customer segmentation.
* Maintain an accurate customer database in core ERP/CRM systems (JDE Edwards).
Qualifications
Proactive and commercially minded Customer Service or Supply/Logistics professional with experience supporting operational environments such as FMCG or manufacturing supply chain. You have confidence working with ERP and CRM systems such as JD Edwards and Salesforce, and you are proficient with Microsoft Office for data analysis. You are an engaging, confident communicator, comfortable working autonomously and in a collaborative team, and are eager to learn and embrace new challenges.
