Program Coordinator - Youth and Community Service Hub
This is a twelve (12) month fixed term, full-time position commencing Term 1, 2026, with possible extension (12 months) and/or permanency
The Armadale Youth and Community Services Hub (YCSH), coordinated by Armadale Senior High School (SHS), aims to enhance educational and social outcomes for children and young people while they remain enrolled, and case managed by their school.
The YCSH team is dedicated to supporting young people who may be at risk by connecting them with government and non-government services to help meet their basic and educational needs.
As a Program Coordinator, you will work collaboratively with the YCSH Governance Group to set, implement and promote the vision and strategic plan of the YCSH. You will lead the YCSH Management Group and the YCSH staff in the guidance and provision of services to students of the five schools.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing a shared vision for success which encourages staff, volunteers, and community members to share ownership of the YCSH vision and goals
- Leading the YCSH in developing opportunities for improved service
- Facilitating workforce effectiveness and providing a role model for self-development to improve professional performance

Robust interpersonal skills are essential, including the ability to identify, establish, build and maintain positive relationships and partnerships with staff, young people, schools and external agencies, and the wider community.
