Refrigeration Project Manager – Engineering and Projects
Join City Facilities Management Australia to lead the planning, execution, and oversight of refrigeration refurbishments and new store installations for Coles Implementation and Store Development teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Coles Implementation and Store Development teams on refrigeration planning.
- Provide day‑to‑day support for refrigeration renewal and new store installations.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Oversee project handover for new and refurbished supermarkets, ensuring plant operation and installation integrity.
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in a relevant engineering stream, or trade qualification with proven technical experience.
- Minimum 5 years of practical experience in project management and supermarket refrigeration system commissioning.
- Proven ability to deliver refrigeration installation and commissioning projects on time, at the specified quality level, and within budget.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated supervisory/project management experience.
