What’s the role? This is a full-time, permanent role based in either Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane. You’ll work within the Global Transaction Services (GTS) team, managing a portfolio of clients, building strong advocacy, and bringing energy and critical thinking to every interaction. Your focus will be on deepening long-term relationships, proactively uncovering growth opportunities across a diversified client portfolio, and delivering tailored solutions that contribute to clients’ performance goals. We’re looking for someone that knows how to deliver and own outcomes, the curiosity and ability to work with clients and advocate for their needs, and a growth mindset to keep learning in a fast- paced transaction banking landscape. What do I need? You bring strong relationship banking fundamentals, ideally in Institutional Transaction Banking. You earn credibility quickly, build trust, influence decisions, and build thriving relationships. You’re naturally curious and proactive - energised by discovery, great at joining the dots, and sharp on detail when spotting opportunities You’re skilled at creating compelling customer value propositions, working across the Group with an enterprise view, and shaping solutions—bringing others with you. You are knowledgeable about relevant industry trends and the evolving transaction banking landscape, and you enjoy translating that into meaningful outcomes for your clients.
