Christmas Casual Sales Role
We are seeking a sales professional to join our team in Bayside VIC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating memorable and seamless customer experiences.
Main Responsibilities:
* Process customer transactions on the point-of-sale system with accuracy and efficiency.
* Maintain high standards of presentation through effective visual merchandising, stock management, and cleaning.
* Meet or exceed sales targets and business key performance indicators by providing excellent styling advice and support in fitting rooms.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* A minimum of experience in a similar fashion retail or customer service role with a strong sense of personal style.
* A positive attitude towards all areas of work, with a passion for styling and visual merchandising.
* An eye for detail, with exposure to large stock volumes, stock management, and in-store fulfillment.
* The ability to build and maintain customer relationships through exceptional customer service skills.
* A genuine alignment with our values and desire to be part of a dynamic team.
Availability Requirements:
The successful candidate must have full availability to work throughout November – January, including extended trade periods, weekends, and public holidays.
