Overview
This role encompasses the management of In the Roundhouse’s (ITRH) day-to-day retail business. Additionally, the management and oversight of logistics from import of goods from China, export of goods to wholesale partners globally and domestic logistics across local wholesale partners and individual consumers.
Responsible for
Overview of inventory flows and forecasts to ensure timely replenishment of goods within budget
Overview of product cost prices and retail margins
Management of internal software systems to maintain accuracy of freight and related inventory data
Management of freight costs with all domestic and international carriers
Management of relationships with carriers
Overview of costs including fluctuations during seasonal periods - negotiation of contracts with carriers to ensure competitive pricing
Management of customs invoicing and import requirements
Management of customer service and customer retention processes
Scheduling, training and management of additional staff during high season
Working closely with company directors on marketing and advertising plans
Maintenance of ITRH software systems
Ensuring occupational health and safety regulations are adhered to
This role reports to the company directors.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $134,889.61 per year
