Financial Services Specialist
We are seeking individuals to work in our branches, providing excellent customer service and financial solutions to our customers. This is an exciting opportunity to begin a long-lasting career as a financial services specialist.
You will be working with customers from all walks of life, utilizing your product knowledge to assist them in achieving their financial goals – both in-person and over the phone. This role involves welcoming customers to our establishment and engaging in meaningful conversations to uncover their needs and provide them with tailored financial solutions.
The available rosters are:
* Innaloo Shopping Centre: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 9am - 4.30pm and Thursday, 9am - 5pm.
* Karrinyup Shopping Centre: Monday to Friday, 9.30am - 4.15pm.
To be successful in this role, you will need customer service and sales experience, ideally in a customer-facing or phone-based role. You must be resilient and able to remain calm and composed while managing challenging situations. You will also need numerical capability and an ability to complete financial transactions with accuracy.
If you don't have banking experience, no problem! We are committed to your success from day one. You will receive comprehensive training on our financial products and services, and our supportive team will provide hands-on guidance and resources to help you master everything you need to flourish in your new role.
