HSEQT Manager Job
We are seeking a skilled HSEQT Manager to lead health, safety, environment, quality, and training functions across operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and enhance HSEQT systems aligned with ISO 9001, 45001, and 14001
* Lead internal and external audit programs, ensuring recommendations are actioned
* Deliver accurate HSEQT reporting and analysis to stakeholders
* Oversee training, induction, and competency management to support business needs
* Manage contractor HSEQ performance and key service providers
* Support workers compensation, return-to-work, and rehabilitation processes
Requirements:
* Proven HSEQT leadership experience, ideally in heavy industry or industrial services
* Strong knowledge of WHS legislation, ISO standards, and integrated management systems
* Demonstrated experience managing training and competency frameworks
* High-level skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Strong stakeholder engagement and contractor management capability
* Relevant qualifications in WHS, quality systems, and training (Cert IV, Diploma or equivalent)
