The Client:

The Role:
You will be responsible for assisting with Lease Administration and general administration duties as required
Duties include, but are not limited to:
3. Liaise with leasing & centre management teams to ensure accurate documentation in accordance with negotiated terms
4. Liaise with lawyers, banks & agencies
5. Return executed legal documentation to lawyers & centre management teams
6. Assist with the delivery of shops
7. Ensure accurate documentation is issues across the retail portfolio
8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislation & relevant state / federal laws related to retail leases
9. Ensure deposits, bank guarantees & insurance have been received
10. Track lease documentation & report on the status
11. Support leasing executives with knowledge of the Retail Leases Act
12. Conduct lease negotiations
The Ideal Candidate:
13. Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office Suite, in particular, Excel & Outlook
14. Experience within the Property Industry
15. High attention to detail
16. Excellent written & verbal communication skills
17. Demonstrated experience with high-volume workloads
18. Knowledge of the Retail Leases Act
