Tier II Network Technician
Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Tier II Network Technician to play a key role in ensuring the stability and security of our WAN and LAN networks.
The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving incidents, implementing network changes, and supporting security operations. They will work closely with the team to coordinate maintenance, implement network changes, and ensure that our systems are running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
* Resolving incidents and implementing network changes in a timely manner
* Supporting security operations and maintaining the integrity of our network
* Working closely with the team to coordinate maintenance and ensure smooth system operation
Requirements:
* 8+ years of experience in networking fundamentals and related technologies
* Knowledge of firewall configurations and management
* Ability to travel up to 25%
