Front Desk Attendant Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and welcoming Front Desk Attendant to provide personalized service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome guests and assist their journey upon arrival or departure, ensuring a seamless experience.
* Handle luggage with care and respect, providing exceptional assistance throughout the guest experience.
* Connect guests to the relevant team members while maintaining a smooth service.
* Guide guests to their room and provide an overview of hotel facilities and room features.
* Provide basic knowledge on local attractions and offer valet parking services when required.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in a Hotel or customer-facing role, with a proven ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
* Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to engage with guests from diverse backgrounds.
* Flexibility to work a range of hours between 7am and 11pm, including evening, weekend, and public holiday shifts.
* A valid driver's license is required for this role.
