HR Manager role based outside of Newcastle. Generalist role with a small team. Flexible working options.
You will have broad HR generalist experience across leadership development, org design, people capability, Employee/Industrial relations, culture and engagement.
**Responsibilities**
- Provide end-to-end support for the entire employment life cycle including - talent planning, employee relations, staff retention, development, and performance management.
- Partner with leadership teams to develop a solid understanding of business needs.
- Contribute consistent and continuous improvement of HR services, policies and procedures
- Lead HR initiatives and projects and EBA negotiations
- Equip business leaders with appropriate tools and knowledge to effectively manage and develop their people and provide proactive guidance and counsel on people-related issues.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
**Requirements**:
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field
- Hands on experience in HR, with demonstrated skills as an HR generalist
- Confident and resilient and able to offer credible, timely advice
- Strong skills in senior level stakeholder engagement and relationship building
