Clinical Research Associate
We are seeking a highly motivated Clinical Research Associate to conduct site initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits for clinical trials. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and FDA regulations and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
* Conduct site initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits to ensure trials meet the highest quality standards
* Review and verify study data for accuracy and completeness
* Collaborate with staff and cross-functional teams to solve challenges and keep trials on track
* Identify and elevate any protocol deviations, safety concerns, or data issues
Qualifications
* Bachelor's in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or related field (advanced degree a plus)
* 3+ years of CRA or site monitoring experience
* Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and FDA regulations
* Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
* Will to travel as needed
